Frisco Executive Forum
Founding Member Invitation
The Frisco Executive Forum exists to develop the leadership capacity this city's growth actually demands. An invitation-only community for senior leaders who believe that who they are shapes what they build โ and who are committed to doing that work seriously, together.
Why This. Why Now.
Frisco is building fast. Headquarters are relocating. Capital is arriving. Leaders are showing up โ often new to each other, new to the market, scaling quickly under pressure.
What isn't keeping pace is the executive layer. There is no serious room in Frisco for senior leaders to grow together โ not networking, not updates, but a place to sharpen thinking, challenge assumptions, and build the kind of leadership capacity this level of velocity actually requires.
The Frisco Executive Forum is that room.
ย
What Makes This Different
This is not a chamber program. Not a networking breakfast. Not Vistage with a different label.
- Every six weeks, half-day sessions built around a real theme โ curated, structured, substantive.
- Frameworks to work with, not slides to watch.
- Space for strategic issue processing โ your actual challenges, in the room.
- A development lab, not a social club.
- Place-based and future-focused, built specifically for leaders operating inside this growth corridor.
- No selling. No junior reps attending in someone's place. If you're in the room, you're carrying real responsibility.ย ย
ย Who Is Behind It
The Forum is designed and facilitated by Andrea Bednar โ leadership consultant, executive coach, and creator of the Conscious Doingโข methodology.
Over 30 years, Andrea has worked with Fortune 100 companies, C-suite executives, and high-growth organizations to close the gap between leadership insight and consistent, conscious action. Her Team Alchemy program has transformed senior teams across industries. Her work is grounded in proven methodology โ Enneagram, Immunity to Change (Harvard research), and her proprietary Radiant Integrity model โ and delivered at the highest level of executive engagement.
Founding Forum members will experience this directly. The room will be led by someone who has spent three decades in rooms like this one.

The Invitation
Frisco is early enough that the executive layer is still being written. This is the time to be intentional about how it gets written in this city.
Founding members don't just join a group. They shape it. Their thinking, their challenges, their standards define what the Forum becomes โ and what kind of leadership culture takes root here.
If that matters to you, you belong in this room.
If you belong in this room, claim your place.
Thanks for connecting!
