Your type, your subtype, and your 22-page profile. $27.
Most of what you call "just how I am" is a collection of patterns. Even though you likely do not remember doing this, you built those patterns for a reason, at a time when they worked for your situation. But your life isn't in the same place, nor are you the same person who built those patterns. The good news is that once you see the patterns, you can work with them to have them help you with the life you have now.
To most effectively work with them, you need a deep assessment to help you see them — particularly your blind spots. We've designed our assessments to show you what you already know, at a depth you have probably never looked at before, and to give you tools to move forward. Because of its depth, our assessment is 180 questions and takes about 35 minutes to complete.
Once you complete the assessment, you receive the whole picture: a 22-page profile written for your specific subtype, yours to download and keep. Twenty-seven subtypes, twenty-seven different documents. Yours describes the person you actually are. Clients tell us they can’t believe how well the profiles describe them.
What's in the 22 pages:
- The doing pattern that runs your leadership, and the equation underneath it
- How the pattern got built in childhood, what it protected then, and what it's costing you now
- The defense mechanism that keeps the whole thing invisible to you
- The story you believe about yourself, written in your type's own language
- The loop you get caught in, and the shadow you can't see from inside it
- Nine levels of development, each with the belief that activates it, so you can find where you're living right now
- A 24-question self-check that shows you where your attention has been living
- A growth path, practices, and experiments to run this week
The subtype is the part almost no one else measures. Each of the nine types has three distinct versions — Self-Preservation, Social, and Catalyst. Two people who both test as Eights can look almost nothing alike and take very different actions in the same situations. Twenty-seven subtypes, and no two people run identical patterns. An Enneagram type without its subtype is too general to do anything meaningful with.
