Your 22-page profile, and 60 minutes with me to put it to work. $397.
Most of what you call "just how I am" is a collection of patterns. Even though you likely do not remember doing this, you built those patterns for a reason, at a time when they worked for your situation. But your life isn't in the same place, nor are you the same person who built those patterns. The good news is that once you see the patterns, you can work with them to have them help you with the life you have now.
To most effectively work with them, you need a deep assessment to help you see them — particularly your blind spots. We've designed our assessments to show you what you already know, at a depth you have probably never looked at before, and to give you tools to move forward. Because of its depth, our assessment is 180 questions and takes about 35 minutes to complete.Clients tell us they can’t believe how well the profiles describe them.
Once you register, we’ll send you a link to book your 60 minutes video call with me. You’ll complete the assessment, and receive the complete 22-page profile written for your specific subtype. We’ll have our debrief session.
Reading about your pattern and catching it running are two different events. In the debrief we put your profile up against what is actually happening in your life and leadership right now. The conversation you keep not having. The decision that has been sitting for a month. The person on your team you have already written off. This is where a blind spot becomes visible and stops getting in your way.
What you walk away with:
- Your 22-page profile, written for your subtype, yours to download and keep
- The pattern that runs your leadership, how it got built, and what it protected
- The blind spot you can't see from inside it, named out loud
- Where you're living right now on the nine levels of development
- A ledger of what this pattern gives you and what it costs you, in your own situation
- Practices built specifically for your subtype
The subtype is the part almost no one else measures. Each of the nine types has three distinct versions — Self-Preservation, Social, and Catalyst. Two people who both test as Eights can look almost nothing alike and take very different actions in the same situations. Twenty-seven subtypes, and no two people run identical patterns. Your Enneagram type without your subtype is too general to do anything meaningful with.
You'll leave able to catch the pattern while it's running. That's the moment new choices become available.
