WHY THIS. WHY NOW.
Something historic is happening here.
Toyota's North American headquarters in Plano. The PGA of America in Frisco. Universal's new family theme park rising along the Dallas North Tollway. The Cowboys at The Star. Fields West taking shape. JP Morgan Chase, Capital One, Liberty Mutual, FedEx Office, Dr Pepper, TIAA, NTT Data, Raytheon Intelligence & Space.
Collin County has more than doubled in population since 2000. Celina was named the fastest-growing city in America — two years running. Denton County is right behind.
DFW is large. The executive story right now is concentrated — in a corridor running from Legacy West through Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Prosper, and Celina. The Forum is built for that corridor first. Senior leaders from the broader DFW region who orient around it are welcome.
Leaders are arriving faster than the infrastructure to support them. What hasn't existed — anywhere in the corridor — is a serious community for these leaders to meet, learn from each other, and build relationships that compound over time.
The North Texas Executive Forum is being built to be that community.
THE STRUCTURE
Two rooms. One Community.
TIER ONE
The Networking Group
A standing community of senior leaders across the Far North Texas corridor. Monthly evening gatherings. Substantive speakers. Structured peer inquiry. Standards-based, curated, and built around the kind of conversation senior leaders rarely get inside their own buildings.
This is the doorway. Most members find what they need here.
TIER TWO
The Executive Forum Mastermind
An invitation-only inner room drawn from the Networking Group, for members ready for deeper leadership work in a confidential, facilitated setting.
By invitation only. Members of the Networking Group are considered as fit becomes clear on both sides.
TIER ONE IN DETAIL
The Networking Group
The conversation
Every gathering has a center. Roughly once a quarter we bring in a substantive speaker — someone with a stake in what is actually happening here. The developer behind a major mixed-use project. A city manager from Frisco or McKinney. A relocation lead from one of the HQ moves. A Universal or PGA executive. A school superintendent. A regional banking head. A state legislator. A real estate principal who actually knows what land is trading at.
The other evenings are structured inquiry — a curated theme, facilitated peer conversation, and the experience of thinking together that senior leaders rarely get inside their own buildings. The format is inquiry, not presentation. Members are in the room to think together, not to be talked at.
Format & cadence
Monthly gatherings Evenings, 6:00–8:30 PM
Held consistently Our venue in Fairview — central to the corridor
The rotation ~4 speaker salons, 4 structured inquiry salons, 4 happy-hour evenings per year
Food & beverage Included at every event
Plus Year-end Holiday Party (separately ticketed), member-introduced guest evenings
Confidentiality
The Networking Group operates under the Chatham House Rule. Members may take ideas and information out of the room, but cannot attribute who said what without permission. This is the floor. The Mastermind operates at a higher standard.
WHO BELONGS HERE
You're in the room if…
The Forum is for Decision Makers. The standard is responsibility, not title.
Structural
You hold authority to hire, organize, and restructure within your domain. You currently lead at least five people for whom you are accountable.
Financial
You control or sign against a meaningful P&L or budget. You can make spending decisions on behalf of your firm without requiring upstream approval for what we are likely to do together.
Strategic
You shape the direction of your firm or a major business unit. You can commit your firm to projects, partnerships, or community initiatives that may arise from this room.
Real responsibility. No selling inside the room. No junior representatives attending in a member's place. Members may bring vetted guests who fit the same standard.
MEMBERSHIP
Three ways into the room.
Late-year join rollover: Members joining on or after November 15 pay full membership and receive the remainder of the current year plus the following year.
September 8, 2026 launch happy hour: Complimentary.
Annual membership is for a calendar year — no proration.
Ten people who choose to help shape it — not merely to attend it.
Ten Founding Member slots are available for 2026 only. Founders are the people who choose to help shape what this community becomes. After 2026, Founder status will not be offered again.

There is a smaller room.
For members of the Networking Group who want a smaller, more confidential room — and the deeper work that becomes possible in one — the Executive Forum Mastermind is the inner layer of the community.
Maximum ten members. By invitation only. Drawn from the Networking Group as fit becomes clear on both sides. Founding Members are first in line.
The Mastermind is not a separate sales process. It is the next room for those ready to step into it. Members learn more when the time is right.

Andrea and Alex live and work from family property in Tioga, north of Frisco and Celina — beyond the current corridor's edge, in the next wave of its growth. The Forum's host committee will include senior leaders from within the Founding Cohort who serve as advisors on fit and direction.
The Forum is not a chapter of a national franchise. It is being built by people with a stake in what this region becomes, for the leaders shaping it.
