Almost no one can sustain practices alone — and that’s not a flaw.
You’ll be placed in a small, private group (5–8 people) where each day you simply report:
- Did you do your practice or not?
- What did you notice?
- Any insights you want to share?
No fixing.
No advice unless requested.
Just honest reporting and mutual support.
Structure
That Holds You Over Time
Change doesn’t happen in a single inspired moment.
Each month includes:
- A live group call to design or refine your practices
- Guidance on what makes a practice effective
- Support in finding your Goldilocks zone — not too easy, not too hard
- Space to reflect on what you’re learning about yourself
This structure is what allows insight to turn into lived experience.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
Each month, you will:
- Join a live group call to design your next set of practices
- Commit to 1–3 practices for 30 days
- Report daily in your private WhatsApp group
- Observe what helps, what gets in the way, and why
- Decide at the end of the month:
- Keep the practice
- Refine it
- Or try something new
The goal isn’t “perfect execution.”
The goal is learning through practice.
