What Data We Collect
When you use the Conscious Doing app, we collect the following information:
Account information:Â Your name, email address, and password when you register.
Assessment data:Â Your responses to the Enneagram assessment and subtype assessment, your resulting Enneagram type, subtype, and instinct stacking.
Coaching data:Â The content of your conversations with Alejandro, our AI coaching assistant.
Purchase data: Your purchase history and active subscription tier. We do not store payment card information — this is handled entirely by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat.
Usage data:Â Basic information about how you interact with the app, including which screens you visit and features you use.
How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- Create and maintain your account
- Personalize your experience based on your Enneagram type and subtype
- Power Alejandro's coaching responses
- Process and manage your purchases
- Send you transactional emails related to your account
- Send you marketing emails if you have opted in (you may opt out at any time)
- Improve the app and our coaching methodology
Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following service providers who help us operate the app:
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Anthropic — AI processing for Alejandro's responses
- RevenueCat — purchase and subscription management
- Kajabi — email marketing and course delivery
- Zapier — workflow automation between platforms
- Apple / Google — payment processing for in-app purchases
Each of these providers has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
Data Retention
We retain your account and assessment data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time
