Practices and Actions

I'm committed that you have the life you want - living gloriously, happily - being, and doing what you intend. And, I know the ONLY way to get that is to practice. But it's not that simple either - it takes designing practices that will produce the outcomes you've intended and then actually doing your practices!

Almost no one can do this effectively alone.

 

Each Month We Will:

  • Connect live in a webinar in which you’ll create one to three practices for 30 days.
  • Work together to create practices that are doable, measurable, and make a difference.
  • Report how you're doing daily in private groups of 6 - 8 people how you’re doing with your practices - did you do the practice? What did you learn? Insights?
  • Use the support of the group to help you maintain your practices for the 30 days. At the end, you’ll determine if you want to keep the 1 - 3 practices you created or if you try something new.

Why?

Creating and experimenting with practices for 30 days will:

  • Help you determine which practices make the biggest difference for the life you want.
  • Bring more joy to the daily experience of your life. 
  • Give you access to the experience of power and choice (even when you decide to change your practices).
  • Produce the outcomes you intend for your life. 

 


How Does it Work?

Once you register, you'll become one of our "Small Changers!" You have a set of 5 videos to help you get started. We'll add you to your small community of 5-8 people, where you'll get and receive support every day. You'll also get weekly videos to help keep you motivated and in action. At the end of each month, you'll join the Small Changes for Big Results webinar to design one, two, or three practices you’ll take on next.
