Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Conscious Doing app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You may not share your account with others or create accounts for the purpose of abusing the service.
What the App Provides
Conscious Doing provides:
- Enneagram and subtype assessments for personal and professional development
- AI-powered coaching through Alejandro, trained in Andrea Bednar's Conscious Doing methodology
- Access to leadership development content, programs, and resources
Alejandro is an AI coaching tool, not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or medical professional.ย Nothing in the app constitutes mental health treatment, medical advice, or professional therapy. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.
Purchases and Refunds
Purchases made through the app are processed by Apple or Google depending on your device. All purchases are subject to the refund policies of the respective app store. We do not issue refunds directly for in-app purchases โ please contact Apple or Google support for refund requests.
Access granted through a purchase is tied to your account. Purchased access may not be transferred to another user.
Intellectual Property
All content in the Conscious Doing app โ including Andrea Bednar's Conscious Doing methodology, Enneagram Architecture framework, assessments, coaching content, and written materials โ is the intellectual property of AndreaBednar.com INC LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any app content without our written permission.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the app or its infrastructure
- Share, resell, or redistribute your account access or purchased content
- Use the app to harass, harm, or exploit others
- Attempt to extract or scrape proprietary content from the app
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at info@andreabednar.com.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times, error-free, or that results from assessments or coaching will meet your specific expectations.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AndreaBednar.com INC LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
